Alongside his stage acting career, for 16 years Patrick ran a side business making kilts. Patrick’s profile portrait was one of 20 images CNN Interactive featured in December 2019.

Patrick tends to play antagonists and villains in film and television (including in the recently released action thriller Red Right Hand) which inspired many of his props.

Last summer Patrick and his dog Miss Mickey introduced Keith to the marshlands of the Old Dairy Farm, a popular filmmaking location in the Savannah, GA area.
